We are looking for a talented Resident Services Coordinator to join our team.

• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns.
• Provide community information to residents.
• Conduct move‑in orientation for new residents.
• Follow up with residents after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Passion for exceeding resident expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.

• 1+ year experience in a customer service role.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
