Position: Senior Living Concierge- Full-Time

Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist

St. George Village, a premier retirement community in Roswell, Georgia, is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment throughout our community.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, hospitality, customer service, healthcare, or senior living environment

  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

  • Ability to make independent decisions while following established policies and procedures

  • Experience with emergency response procedures, fire alarm systems, or security systems is preferred but not required

Essential Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system

  • Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Respond to resident and customer requests, concerns, and inquiries

  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned

  • Monitor building security and visitor access procedures

  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations following community protocols

  • Maintain accurate records and communications

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace environment
