As a Fuel Desk Operations Coordinator
, you will be responsible for handling the daily operational tasks for the Fuel Desk Department. You will maintain client relationships and provide ongoing education and customer service.
- Manage a portfolio of fuel clients focusing on fuel card usage and growth
- Provide industry leading customer support and troubleshooting
- Develop client relationship to educate and inform customers of how to optimize the value of the OTR fuel program
- Work with different departments to improve features and processes
- Become an expert at servicing customers using our partnership platforms
- Maintain current knowledge on Fuel Desk program and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Strong Customer Service skills
