Position: Customer Service Rep 1 (Marion County)

Job Overview

Customer Service Rep 1 – Marion County Health Department, Georgia Department of Public Health.

Position will be based at the Marion County Health Department and will perform a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative functions to support the department.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting and posting payments.
  • Completing daily money reports.
  • Answering phones.
  • Operating standard office equipment.
  • Updating databases.
  • Providing program information.
  • Completing monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Public Health experience, administrative and/or medical office experience.

Additional Information
