We are seeking a motivated and articulate Live Chat Agent to join our customer‑focused team. As the first point of contact, you will offer exceptional support and guidance on our range of products designed to enhance hydration and promote overall wellness. The ideal candidate is a superb communicator with a passion for the health and wellness industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers via live chat to answer enquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Provide comprehensive information about our hydration products, their features and benefits for an active lifestyle.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries and processing returns or exchanges.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain an expert level of product knowledge to address all customer questions accurately.
- Actively listen to and collect customer feedback, sharing valuable insights with the wider team to support continuous improvement.
- Uphold the company's brand voice and commitment to quality and sustainability in every interaction.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with direct experience using live chat platforms being highly advantageous.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to think critically to find effective solutions for customers.
- A genuine interest in health, wellness and fitness.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to help others.
