Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead operational delivery for a portfolio of accounts. You will become the expert on each customer’s workflow, integration, and configuration, serving as the primary daily contact for your assigned accounts.
You will own onboarding, training, implementation, support, renewals, expansions, and advocacy, coordinating with operations to ensure ongoing service and meeting customer goals.
