Inbound Customer Service Representative - Georgia

Position Highlights

Work Schedule:

40 hours /week, with various shifts available

Compensation: $15/hour, with pay increases as you progress in the role

Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting customers with web/phone orders, program registration, and order/rebate inquiries
• Providing product information
• Addressing general customer service inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate in your work
• Ability to multitask and support other departments as needed
• Pleasant voice, good grammar, and strong writing skills
• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
• Capability to handle 40-60 calls per day with efficiency
• Ability to be available for taking calls for 80% of your day.
• Proficiency in basic computer knowledge and skills
• Tactful handling and de-escalation of stressful situations
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Adherence to policies and confidentiality requirements regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
• Consistent attendance record
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination

Our current needs include the following shifts:

• Training schedule for the first two weeks will be 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. Once training is complete the employee will begin their permanent schedule.

Remote w ork is available for candidates whose internet service speeds consistently meet a minimum of 30 Mbps download and upload. Work computers can be supplied.
