URGENT NEED for an Anesthesiologist to work at the Indian Health Service in Chinle, AZBoard Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology January 1, 2020 March 31, 2020 with three, 3 month options Monday Friday7:30am 3:30pmCall is required (week night and weekend)
Provide outpatient and inpatient AN duties
Must be able to use their EHR system
Have at least six months of experience
No loss or suspension of License No lapse in in work within the past 12 months Must provide phone number, contact name and dates of affiliations with all hospital(s)/clinic(s) in the past 12 months
Documents needed:
1.Current CV2.Federal DEA (schedule II V)3.State medical license
4.3 peer references (one has to be recent director or supervisor)5.CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications
