Ivy Kids - Roswell West is looking for a passionate and nurturing Two's Lead Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team in Roswell, GA! In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the foundational years of young learners while creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Responsibilities:- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans for toddlers ages 2-3
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom in accordance with state licensing standards
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administration to support program goals
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood classroom setting
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for children ages 2-3
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements, including background checks
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
- Patient, energetic, and passionate about early childhood development

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
