Our Future Professional Advisor provides compassionate support to students throughout their enrollment, so experience working in an advisory position or educational environment would be highly beneficial. Cosmetology school experience would also be a bonus!

As our Future Professional Advisor, you'll provide the vital assistance, encouragement, and guidance our students need to thrive both in their coursework and in their future careers! We believe that professional support doesn't end in the classroom, and you'll play a key part in fostering a safe, welcoming, and positive learning environment. You'll be the bridge connecting leadership and the future professionals, supporting smooth communication between all parties and helping keep the students on track to graduate.

This includes closely monitoring attendance, academic, and school performance rates, developing individualized improvement plans when appropriate.

Additionally, you'll oversee all school and student programs to ensure all activities align with our policies and systems. Most importantly, you'll help create an experience where students feel supported, inspired, and prepared to take the next step toward a rewarding career in the beauty industry!
