Senior Project Planner; Primavera P6 - Highway Infrastructure Project – Alpharetta, Georgia,

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services (). We are currently looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our team for a Highway Infrastructure Project in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA (on‑site position).

Estimated duration of the position: 24 months – When the project ends, we try to place the employee on other projects to provide continuity.

The Project Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling activities within a large-scale linear infrastructure project. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with construction execution, contractual milestones, and resource planning.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline and updates).
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path identification and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project management teams.
• Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support delay analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master project program.
• Monitor productivity and forecast project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements.

Monday to Friday, 9 hours (1‑hour break).

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in linear projects (highways preferred).
• Proven experience working on projects in the United States.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory or highly preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies.
• Experience with baseline development, updates, and delay/claims analysis is a plus.

• Working for an international company currently expanding.
• 22 paid vacation days + 5 working days of sick leave (100% salary).
