ENGINEERS WANTED
Develop autonomous, electric, and hybrid vessels. Integrate with propulsion and autonomy teams to retrofit existing vessels with Fleetzero's propulsion systems and work as part of a larger team to develop new-built electric autonomous vessels.
This is a hands‑on role, and you will be expected to own naval architecture and marine engineering projects across the life cycle from initial project scoping through design spirals, regulatory engagement, detailed design, shipyard, and commissioning.
All roles are expected to include intermittent or occasional travel as the business needs.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full‑time offers and are considered part of Fleetzero's total compensation package.
