Desired Skills- Experience with hardware/software development & integration; or experience with mechanical systems/air vehicle systems
- Experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB
- Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA, CATIA, or Dimension SPAR database development and management or similar programming
- Good understanding of test design and test planning
- Experience using quantitative models, risk management techniques, and analytical tools
- Supplier Management experience
- Understand the general principles and artifacts associated with Model Based Systems Engineering including the use of models which depict and define products in the planning and execution of development projects
- Experience leading systems engineering activities and processes (lifecycle management)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience briefing and interfacing with senior executives and senior military personnel
- Strong oral & written communication skills, analytical thinking and physical science/engineering problem solving skills
- Experience deriving system requirements from customer documents &/or developing Statements of Work
