Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and results driven Finance Manager, FP&A to support our Water Heating Business Division. In this critical role, you will own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and business case development supporting customer decisions and operational initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver insights that guide strategic decisions, drive operational excellence, and enable long term business success.
This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Roswell, GA
. (Hybrid - 4 days per week).
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business functions, including identifying risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Support month-end close activities, including spend monitoring, variance analysis, accruals/prepaids, and capital vs. operating expense classification.
- Prepare recurring financial reporting packages, dashboards, and trend analyses for leadership; maintain accuracy and consistency across reporting processes.
- Financial Modeling & Business Cases
- Build complex financial models to support investment decisions, multi‑year planning, and scenario analysis.
- Lead the development of business cases for technology initiatives and capital projects, including ROI assessments and post‑implementation reviews.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives such as network optimization and cloud‑related expense planning.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhanced analytics.
- Develop executive‑ready presentations, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage ad hoc analyses to support business performance, operational needs, and emerging priorities.
- Leadership
- Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, budgeting, or reporting.
- Strong proficiency in complex Excel modeling and managing large datasets.
- Experience with ERP/EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, One Stream) and BI/dashboard tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and procure‑to‑pay processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills with high level of detail orientation and accountability.
- Leadership or people‑management experience
- Knowledge of cloud consumption models and major cloud providers.
- Experience managing IT/IOT spend or supporting technology‑driven organizations.
- Balanced financial, business, and technical acumen.
