We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in professional staffing, specifically within the accounting and finance sectors, or a business professional with 3-5 years of experience within the accounting and finance sector.

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for accounting and finance positions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and engage potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide market insights, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the accounting and finance job market.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, or 3-5 years of business experience with a focus on accounting and finance roles.
• Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Traits: Outgoing, Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
