TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist - Virtual

We are seeking an experienced TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in TPA licensing and insurance producer/entity licensing. These qualifications are required for consideration.

• Application Management – Review and process new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Regulatory Monitoring – Track state insurance and TPA regulatory changes to ensure all credentials remain current.
• Record Maintenance – Maintain organized, secure, and audit‑ready licensing records.
• Internal Support – Provide guidance on licensing requirements and respond to inquiries from staff and partners.

• Minimum 3 years of TPA licensing or insurance producer/entity licensing experience.
• Solid understanding of state statutes and regulatory terminology.
• Proficiency with databases, MS Office, and AI/Copilot tools.

Minimum: 47,000.00 USD
Maximum: 58,000.00 USD
