Position Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Accounting and Finance, the Sr. Manager of FP&A will serve as a key strategic finance partner, shaping the company’s long‑term financial direction and supporting enterprise‑wide decision making. This role will lead forward‑looking financial modeling, evaluate and report on strategic initiatives, and translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable business recommendations. The Sr. Manager of FP&A will partner directly with the company’s strategy team and senior leadership in the strategic planning cycle, lead the long‑range (5‑year) financial planning process, and help evolve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, long‑range planning, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Prepare strategic ad‑hoc analysis and executive‑ready reporting to inform decisions related to growth investments, organizational priorities, and business performance.
  • Develop deep business partnerships across corporate and operational functions, acting as a strategic advisor by proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and value‑creation levers.
  • Support the annual planning process and monthly forecasting and reporting efforts.
  • Participate in the fast‑paced monthly close process, reviewing and analyzing store and account‑level variances.
  • Assess, track, and measure enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives, ensuring data‑driven evaluation of progress and ROI.
  • Develop analyses from scratch, turning complex financial information into meaningful summaries, reporting packages, and dashboards.
  • Provide informal mentorship and support for Financial Analysts on the FP&A team.
  • Create materials for investor, Board of Directors, and senior leadership presentations, ensuring clear financial storytelling aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Lead in the Finance group, fostering strong team culture and executing strategies to address feedback.
  • Perform other strategic finance‑related duties as needed in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a relevant Finance or FP&A role; accounting experience plus FP&A experience is ideal.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to communicate cross‑functionally.
  • Strong statistical/analytical skills, including data retrieval, organization, presentation, and summary.
  • Experience with SAP is desired but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience with Power BI and FP&A software is a plus.
  • Excellent organization skills; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing efficiently.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Leadership experience and passion for developing people; ability to lead and manage teams and work closely with executive leaders.

Work Environment and

Physical Requirements

Monday – Friday onsite at the Roswell, GA Store Support Center. Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed. Job primarily performed at a desk; may stand or sit for extended periods.
