RoleSummary
The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role in supporting tax compliance, reporting, and cross functional finance initiatives across a multi entity global organization. This position partners closely with accounting, treasury, and external advisors to ensure accurate filings, strong controls, and efficient processes.
You will contribute to both direct and indirect tax processes while supporting broader finance and treasury initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to expand your experience beyond tax into strategic projects and enterprise level financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting activities across multiple entities
- Assist with preparation and review of income, sales and use, and other indirect tax filings
- Maintain tax calendars, documentation, and detailed work papers to support filings and audits
- Partner cross functionally with tax, treasury, and accounting teams on reporting and special projects
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and analytical support for tax provisions and reporting
- Assist with audits, notices, and regulatory inquiries by gathering information and supporting documentation
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and data analysis for strategic initiatives
- 3 to 5 plus years of tax or accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with both direct and indirect taxes including income and sales and use tax exposure
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and large datasets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with external tax advisors, consultants, or service providers
- Strong analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities and process improvement focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross functional teams
