As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in supporting loan production through thorough financial analysis and by guiding new opportunities through the credit process. You will also help manage and strengthen the Bank's loan relationships, often serving as a primary point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, detail-oriented, and confident working with both clients and senior leadership.

Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, and the following:

• Strong analytical and financial underwriting skills, with the ability to assess credit risk and evaluate borrower strength.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in analysis, documentation, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality loan approval memos.
• Confidence and professionalism in communicating with senior management and presenting credit-related insights and recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build trust with clients and bank partners.
