WATKINSVILLE, GA ## Description This position is part of the Loan Administration Department which is key to providing quality experiences for our loan customers.

Ensure accurate and timely operations of the Bank's loan process to include but not limited to: booking loans on loan system, imaging loan documents, verifying and auditing loan input, following up for loan documentation files (credit/collateral), maintaining document tracking exceptions, completing and reviewing daily reports and balancing, performing loan research and resolving problems, and processing loan payoffs.## Qualifications###
** RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
*** Book new loans, renewals, and modifications
* Scan loan files to convert to digital
* Post payments, draws, and principal reductions
* Ensure accuracy of loans booked into our system
* Process loan payoffs
* Assist with loan account related research as needed
* Assist with balancing loan related General Ledger accounts
* Document and track exceptions and ticklers
* Handle escrow and collateral disbursements
* Cross training to support other Loan Operations team members
* Other duties as may be assigned by Loan Operations Specialist Manager###
** MINIMUM YEARS OF

EXPERIENCE:

*** High School Education or equivalent
* 2 years of bank operations experience or loan processing###
*
* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Highly organized
* Detail oriented and accurate with data entry
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication###

* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Experience in Jack Henry core###
** COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
*** Experience with Microsoft Suite products###
