Innovative Behavior Options is a leading provider of in-home, center based, and in-school ABA therapy for clients on the Autism Spectrum and is seeking candidates to join the team as ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians.

Typically,therapy is delivered in 2 - 3-hour sessions 3-5 times per weekandis delivered, at the center, at school, in your client's home; in the community, and will occur in thepresence of a parent or guardian.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work directly with achild with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) potentially in theirhome, at our clinic, or even within a school, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• RBTCertification or willing to test in the first two weeks of hiring
• ABA/Autism Care experience
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance where applicable

• Bachelor'sdegree or minimum of 48 college credit hours
• First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to achieve certification ina face-to-face course.

• Datacollection, implement measurement and recording procedures.
  
  Collect accurate skills and behavior data on all areastargeted for intervention, as specified by the supervisingBCBA
• Willingness to travel to and from clients' homes within at most 30-45minutes at most of your location.
• Working with clients may require you to lift or move approximately 50lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures(kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods oftime.
• Usingthe Catalyst data collection system, maintain accurate andup-to-date graphs of skills acquisition and behavior reductiontargets.
• Implementa variety of teaching procedures (e. g., discrete trial,naturalistic teaching, etc.).
• Understandimplement behavioral reduction interventions according toindividualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Responsible for effective communication with therapy team, caregivers, andcase supervisor.
• Meetstudent and environmental needs as required (e. g., toileting,feeding, self-help skills, assisting with personal hygieneneeds, and other duties as appropriate).
• Represent
  
  IBO to clients and colleagues, both professionally andethically.
• Providequality therapy to clients, under the direct supervision of aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst.
