We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist for a hybrid role within a dynamic retirement community. This position offers the opportunity to provide care in two distinct settings: the on‑campus outpatient gym and the home‑health environment, serving residents in cottages, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. All care is delivered within a small geographic radius, minimizing travel time and maximizing the quality of care.
