A high-growth technology company located in Roswell, GA is hiring a Senior / Lead Dev Ops Engineer to join their team full-time
. This is a primarily on-site role supporting a mission-critical,
24/7 production environment
. The team operates heavily in AWS
, supporting large-scale, high-availability systems within an e-commerce-driven platform.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a Dev Ops professional who thrives in always-on environments. The team is looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, deep AWS expertise, and experience maintaining 100% uptime systems
. You’ll lead a small team, influence infrastructure strategy, and work on systems that directly power revenue-generating platforms. There’s strong visibility, meaningful technical challenges, and room to grow as the organization continues to scale its data and AI capabilities.
- 7+ years of Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS in production environments
- Proven experience supporting high‑availability, 24/7 systems
- Background working with e‑commerce or high‑transaction platforms
- Experience with traffic monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of 3–4 engineers
- Strong incident response and on‑call experience
- Experience leading Dev Ops projects end to end
- Exposure to data warehouses or large‑scale data platforms
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled systems or data‑driven infrastructure
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc.)
- Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
- 70% AWS / Cloud Infrastructure & Automation
- 20% Monitoring, Alerting & Reliability Engineering
- 10% Data Platform & Emerging AI Support
