The IT Cloud Engineer/Architect is responsible for deployment, administration, monitoring, and support for Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, Teams/SharePoint, Office 365, and other related services with a strong focus on Office 365.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, design, deploy, and monitor all Flowers’ Azure infrastructure services, including Azure environments, automation services, and third‑party integrations.
  • Support design and implementation of processes and procedures for all Power Automate services.
  • Monitor and maintain Power Automate licenses, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements.
  • Support development, deployment, and adherence to a Power Automate governance plan.
  • Support all third‑party connectors, including on‑premise or cloud data source connections.
  • Teams / SharePoint Online development and administration.
  • Work with users to develop technical architecture and designs for scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Monitor / validate allowed domains, guest accounts, and external sharing links for sites and services.
  • Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices for Content Management, Records Management, User Adoption, Governance, Change Management, and external access.
  • Support integration with third‑party applications.
  • Develop and maintain a Flowers end‑user training program.
  • Monitor, maintain, and support Office 365 issues, storages, and licenses, including renewals and administrative tasks.
  • Work with security to develop and support DLP and AIP policies and tags.
  • Manage external domain services including DNS, web hosting, and migration.
  • Conduct independent research, interpret technical documents, and develop solutions for complex IT problems.
  • Ensure high levels of performance and availability for all cloud‑based IT products and services.
  • Provide on‑call/after‑hours support as needed for escalated functions.
  • Perform special projects and related tasks as requested.
  • Assist in managing and developing projects when requested.
  • Subscribe to and advocate core department standards and methodologies, including SDLC, ITIL, ITGC, basic project management, and general IT policies & procedures.
  • Work with vendors to support all cloud solutions and ensure adherence to Flowers standards.
  • Ensure timely response and solutions to user inquiries.
  • Manage vendors to ensure SLAs and MSAs are met.
  • Stay abreast of current and future application functions and updates.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures set by the IT department.
  • Practice and comply with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Sarbanes‑Oxley, Safety, etc.).
  • Perform other duties deemed integral to the job, including adherence to work schedules and attendance policies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in the majority of technical functions described above.
  • Strong practical experience in Power Shell.
  • Experience with developing an end‑user training program.
  • Domain and DNS management expertise.
  • Networking experience is a plus.
Essential

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications including Azure Fundamentals & Administration.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
