• Location: Roswell, GA
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Pay Rate Range: $75.00/hr. to $82.00/hr. on W2
• Work Authorization: Only USC or GC

As part of the Digital Core Transformation team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Coupa and surrounding system (SAP S/4

HANA) capabilities supporting procurement business processes. You should have experience supporting teams, project management, and valuing strong vendor partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to work cross‑culturally in a global setup with peers, leaders & teams across geographies.

• Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for SAP Source to Pay, inclusive of Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management.
• Participate in gathering and documenting overall business requirements. Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to the technical team.
• Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source to pay processes, including global Coupa configuration, approval workflow, custom field setup for transactions, chart of accounts, PO forms, catalog, supplier, item, user setup, security roles and permissions as per business requirement.
• Experience in Coupa configuration and data loads in sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing master data (supplier, materials and accounting data) and catalog management.
• Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interface in source to pay.

• Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement will be desirable.
• Coupa with SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next‑generation business transformation implementation.
• High learning agility with outcome‑oriented and a transformative mindset bringing forward best‑in‑class data, process, and technical designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive.
• Experience in creating/reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements.
• Ability to create and execute outcome‑oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships.

• Minimum of 8–10 years IT experience – in end‑user industry, IT consulting, systems integrators or with IT product.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on procurement transformations at an enterprise scale.
• A degree in Engineering from a premier institution or Chartered Accountancy.
• Postgraduate diploma / MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT from a premier institution is preferred.
