We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Service Now Architect to drive the design, governance, and evolution of a critical enterprise platform. In this role, you’ll ensure the platform supports our business strategy while delivering reliable, secure, and high‑performing solutions across the organization.
What You’ll Do- Lead the end‑to‑end strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the enterprise platform
- Define and maintain architecture standards to ensure scalability, performance, and long‑term sustainability
- Oversee system performance, reliability, and availability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all platform capabilities
- Manage platform administration, including leading and mentoring platform administrators
- Drive the development of efficient workflows, streamlined processes, and system integrations across enterprise applications
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application development, and service management teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact solutions
- Champion innovation and best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities and user experience
- Experience leading or managing enterprise platforms or large‑scale systems
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and governance frameworks
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data management principles
- Experience guiding teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and business value
Starting salary: $153,518

Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
