Technical Support & Installation Specialist

Table Tap LLC | Remote (Travel Required)

Join the team pioneering self-pour beverage tech to bars, restaurants, and venues across the U.S.! Table Tap is looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on problem solver to support and install our self-pour systems.

You’ll handle remote troubleshooting
, assist customers over phone/text, and travel for installs and training (about 1 week/month). Ideal for someone who loves tech, teamwork, and seeing cool new places.

• Provide remote hardware and software support for customers via phone, text, and online tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and elevate complex cases to our engineering team.
• Travel for system installations, site setup, and customer training (approx. 1 week/month).
• Assist in project coordination, shipping, and site readiness verification.
• Maintain documentation and create guides to improve system uptime and support efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates and developers to continually improve our systems and processes.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with networking, IP setup, and basic construction tools.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills — calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work nights or weekends as needed.
• Availability to come into the Table Tap office located in Roswell, GA 2‑5 days per week is a bonus!
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with IoT, POS, or beverage tech systems a plus (but we’ll train the right person).

• Base salary: $60K depending on experience.
• Additional $100–$200/day for travel/install work (plus all expenses paid).
• Opportunity to grow into a leadership role overseeing support and installation projects.
