Manager, Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and delivery of strategic and tactical information
• Interprets and advises Senior Leadership on strategic projects/studies
• Lead and execute strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, quality, and digital domains
• Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and digital performance data
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, quality, and digital/IT teams
• Evaluate, select, and work with external partners
• Support implementation of digital and operational solutions
• Translate strategy into execution, defining KPIs, tracking progress
• Identify and advance opportunities to improve care delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Economics)
• MBA, MPH, or equivalent experience preferred
• Three (3) years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, digital health, or related field
• Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate into actionable insights
• Experience working on or with digital / health technology solutions
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple work streams
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging stakeholders
