Office Manager – Be the Heart of Service at Pest USA
At Pest USA, we've been delivering trusted pest and termite control solutions since 1971. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and people-focused Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be more than just an operations lead - you'll be the foundation of our customer experience and the voice of leadership within the office.
The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our administrative team operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to your team, help build a supportive and positive office culture, and ensure that every interaction-whether over the phone or in person-reflects the professionalism and care Pest USA is known for.
Your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities, from coaching staff and managing office workflow to answering high-volume calls and solving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. You'll maintain accurate account records, assist with technician and sales scheduling, oversee accounts receivable and payment processing, and respond to service messages and escalations with poise and professionalism. Every task you take on will contribute to a seamless experience for both customers and your coworkers.
Success in this position means having strong leadership instincts, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a natural ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Adobe, and if you've worked with Pest Pac software before, that's a bonus. Most importantly, you take pride in your ability to create solutions and deliver exceptional service at every turn.
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires sitting or standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a drug screening and 7-year background check.
We offer competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, affordable life and short-term disability coverage, and access to supplemental benefits.
If you're ready to lead a team, create a positive impact, and help drive an excellent customer experience from behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. Join Pest USA and help us raise the standard of service every single day.
