Job Description – Regional ManagerThe Regional Manager position is responsible for the oversight of Your Pie Roswell and Your Pie Milton. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and holds direct responsibility for the performance of both restaurants. The Regional Manager will oversee the management teams at both locations, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and consistent guest experiences. In addition, this position will oversee and participate in many of the job duties of the General Manager role.
A secondary function of this role will be to procure and execute catering orders and manage community events. The individual in this position is expected to spend the majority of their time in the restaurants, regularly working alongside the teams to ensure operational success and support.
- Provide oversight and leadership to the management teams at both Roswell and Milton locations.
- Ensure both restaurants achieve profitability, cost of goods, and labor goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness across both stores.
- Participate in and oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of management staff.
- Oversee and assist with scheduling, payroll, and labor forecasting for both restaurants.
- Support managers in maintaining compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure consistent guest satisfaction and address customer service feedback at both locations.
- Oversee inventory practices, ordering, receiving, and cost‑control procedures.
- Support and, when necessary, perform General Manager duties to maintain operations.
- Procure, plan, and execute catering orders and community events to grow sales.
- Develop, plan, and carry out marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to drive same‑store sales growth.
- Inspect and ensure all equipment and facilities are clean, functional, and compliant with preventative maintenance programs.
- Monitor Health Scores and ensure sanitation procedures are consistently followed at both restaurants.
- Prepare and deliver reports, schedules, and financial documentation as required by corporate standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor, health, and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of multi‑unit restaurant management or equivalent leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, labor forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations simultaneously.
- Experience in catering and community engagement preferred.
- Must be Serv Safe Certified or able to obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
