As a
** Production Specialist**, you will support the manufacturing of innovative diagnostic products that help improve the lives of people and animals worldwide. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM. The Manufacturing Operations team plays a critical role in producing high-quality diagnostic products that support healthcare professionals and veterinarians globally. Through collaboration, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing principles, and a strong focus on quality, the team helps ensure IDEXX products are manufactured safely, accurately, and efficiently.

** In this role:
*** You will operate a variety of automated and manual manufacturing equipment used to produce human-diagnostic cassettes containing specialized sensors.
* You will run and monitor machines across multiple production stations, including automated, semi-manual, and manual work areas.
* You will be trained across several production stations to develop versatility and understanding of the full manufacturing process.
* You will gather, record, and verify production data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* You will perform equipment setup, changeovers, operation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor machine maintenance activities.
* You will follow detailed manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards with consistency and precision.
* You will collaborate with teammates and leadership to support production goals, open communication, and continuous process improvements.
* You will contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment guided by 5S, Lean Manufacturing principles, and ISO standards.
* You will help foster an inclusive and respectful team environment that values diverse perspectives and collaboration.
* You will demonstrate curiosity, motivation, and a desire to continuously learn and grow within manufacturing operations.
