As a Production Associate, you'll be a hands-on part of our production line — assembling, fabricating, and helping move products from raw material to finished goods. This is physical, fast-paced work in a manufacturing environment. We're looking for people who show up on time, take pride in doing the job right, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing, not just fill a seat.

• Perform hands-on production, assembly, and/or fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Read basic measurements, blueprints, or work orders to complete tasks accurately
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more throughout the shift
• Inspect finished work for quality and flag issues before they move down the line
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Wear required PPE correctly for the entire shift, every shift
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to your supervisor immediately

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a similar hands-on trade preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, saws, and power tools (training provided if you're a fast learner)
• Able to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements/dimensions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for a full shift
• Dependable attendance — this role requires being here, on time, every scheduled day
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Willing to wear required PPE for the full shift
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
