Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team! This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for building and executing marketing strategy across product, content, digital, and sales enablement. This role blends strategic thinking with active participation and is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work while leading a small team.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing executive role. We market physical products
, not services, in a fast-moving, family‑owned environment.

Pay up to $120k

Hybrid (1 day from home once training is complete)

• Build and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with sales growth and product priorities
• Identify gaps or opportunities in the business and develop targeted campaigns to address them
• Use market research and customer insights to inform content and messaging strategy
• Lead digital marketing efforts (approximately 30% of the role), including website strategy, SEO, email, and social media
• Own product marketing, including positioning, launches, and competitive analysis
• Oversee content across catalogs, brochures, presentations, trade materials, and sales tools
• Partner closely with sales leadership to support lead generation, retention, and account growth
• Manage and develop a team of three marketing professionals
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize marketing efforts
• Participate in trade shows, product launches, and hands‑on initiatives as needed

• 8-12 years of total marketing experience with clear progression from hands‑on execution into leadership
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience marketing products rather than professional services or purely digital offerings
• Proven success supporting sales‑driven, B2B organizations
