Non Certified Nursing Assistant (Non State Tested)

Legacy Village – Assisted Living Facility, Xenia, OH
Full Time, 2nd Shift (3:00pm–11:00pm, every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday).
Sign‑On Bonus:$1,000.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred) or current enrollment in a program to achieve required education.
  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with direct care needs and activities of daily living, including lifting, turning, positioning, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and grooming.
  • Respond to call lights promptly and professionally.
  • Provide restorative care such as range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and bowel/bladder training.
  • Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, performing daily, deep, and discharge cleaning as required.
  • Engage residents in interest‑based activities and restorative nursing programs to support ADLs.
  • Assist nurses with tasks such as measuring and recording vitals, collecting weights and other documentation, bed making, closet organization, new admissions, and staff orientation.
