The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient.
Responsibilities- Provide constant one‑to‑one observation of assigned patient, ensuring a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm setting.
- Provide restraint care to patients in restraints.
- Identify and communicate changes in patient’s status to RN and respond appropriately.
- Assist in orientation of healthcare team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have strong communication skills.
High School diploma or GED.
Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $21.33 (actual rate will vary based on experience and other factors).
