• Day shift (7am - 7pm) and night shift (7pm-7am) positions available.
• Rotating holiday on‑call requirement and minimal weekend shifts required.

• Supervise about 18-20 direct reports, address performance improvements with staff, and typically rotate 2 admin shifts + 1 clinical shift in week 1 and 1 admin shift + 2 clinical shifts in week 2.
• Clinical shifts usually as charge nurse but may be pulled into staffing and must complete full PICU orientation to feel comfortable with nursing on the unit.

• Reports to the Nurse Manager

• Critical care and acute care patients.
• Organ transplant patients following surgery.
• ECMO and high-level ICU care.
• Neurology patients and transition to inpatient rehab unit on another unit with a large unit and great leadership team.
