Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Atlanta & Surrounding Area (PRN)
Location: Georgia
Are you an experienced RN/LPN with exceptional nursing skills? Do you enjoy working with clients one-on-one in a home setting? Are you interested in schedule flexibility and a short commute? If so, we would love to hear from you!
General Job Tasks- Providing efficient and effective skilled health services to clients in accordance with physician's orders and client/family input
- Observing, evaluating and documenting the client's physical and emotional condition and response to treatments or medications
- Collaborating with other members of the client care team
- Performing ongoing assessments of the client's needs and their environment
- Identifying changes in client's condition that warrant further attention
- Adhering to all professional standards of the nursing profession and the state of Georgia
Skills and Abilities
- Nurse License in good standing (Georgia or multi-state)
- 2 years clinical experience
- Clean criminal background check
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray
- Home care experience preferred
