Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support multiple clinics throughout the region. This is a float position requiring travel to clinic locations within 50 miles of the provider’s home address. The ideal candidate will have prior primary care or urgent care experience and be comfortable providing patient-centered care across multiple clinic settings. Candidates must have prior primary care or urgent care experience.
Candidates without this required experience will not be considered. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week Orientation: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, for 4 full weeks

Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Weekend and holiday rotations may apply.
- Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in:
Family Medicine Primary Care Practice Urgent Care - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to provide proof of active license and BLS certification
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple clinic locations within a 50-mile radius of home address
- Ability to work independently and practice autonomously
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare technology
- Ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed
- Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare services, including:
Patient assessment Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions Health counseling and education Care planning and follow-up Disposition planning Perform routine examinations and preventative care services Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, screenings, and chronic condition management Complete diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) - Support clinic operations, including:
Patient follow-up Inventory management Insurance verification and payment collection Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment - Promote positive patient experiences through compassionate, high-quality care
The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based healthcare to a diverse patient population. The provider will independently evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patient health conditions while supporting improved health outcomes through preventative care, chronic condition management, and patient education. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to provide consistent care while traveling between assigned clinic locations.
