Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to administer skilled nursing care for patients in their homes, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team and families to ensure comfort and quality end-of-life support.
The role requires an RN license, current CPR, and at least two years of clinical RN experience; hospice or home health is preferred. A valid driver’s license is also required while serving Woodstock, Roswell, Holly Springs, Kennesaw, and Acworth areas.
