Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care - Ortho Surgical, working part-time on night shifts.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and partnering with patients and families. Ensure care aligns with evidence-based standards, promote teamwork, and support performance improvement initiatives. Participate in professional development, mentorship, and research activities. Develop protocols, utilize resources efficiently, and uphold organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred)
- License: RN (single-state or multi-state compact) with BLS certification
- Minimum 5 years RN experience, preferably in direct patient care
- Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in technology and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
