Registered Nurse - Acute Care Ortho Surgical - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care Ortho Surgical, full-time night shift.

Responsibilities: Provide individualized, high-quality patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Practice relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of care, documentation, and participation in performance improvement activities. Support evidence-based practice, research, and professional development by mentoring colleagues and adhering to organizational policies and standards. Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and maintaining a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred).
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in clinical technology and computer skills.
