Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practice and professional standards.
Responsibilities:Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation; partners with patients and families to deliver individualized care; promotes teamwork, documentation, and performance improvement activities; supports professional development, mentorship, and research initiatives; advocates for system policies and safety standards; and participates in protocol development for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience, strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills, and proficiency with clinical technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies is essential.
