Facility Based Crisis Registered Nurse PRN

PRN. Average length of stay 5–7 days. Sign‑on bonus $5,000.

• Utilize nursing assessment skills to assess and monitor clients and respond to crises timely.
• Comply with Controlled Substances policies and maintain accurate inventories and controlled logs.
• Monitor consumers and take appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
• Complete QA activities and participate in the QA process.
• Communicate effectively with the team.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Must meet education, experience, licensure/certification requirements specified for the service.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience; experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
• Some college training and/or management experience helpful.
• Valid driver’s license (condition of employment) with personal vehicle insurance coverage.
• Maintain proficiency in company‑sponsored training, certifications, and privileging as required.

• Criminal background check, name check in OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
• Drug testing.
• Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
• Proof of employment history or references as required.
