Role:
RN Clinical Nurse in NICU on part-time night shift, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice
- deliver culturally sensitive, relationship-based care
- partner with patients and families to align care with their goals
- coordinate and document safe care practices
- support performance improvement initiatives
- serve as a mentor to staff
- promote research and evidence-based practice
- participate in protocol development and resource management
- Associate's Degree in nursing required;
Bachelor's preferred. - Must hold valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications include BLS, NRP, and instructor credentials.
- Minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience.
- Skills required include critical thinking, collaboration, and commitment to quality improvement.
