Job DescriptionAdminister oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well‑well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions.
Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
This position requires on‑site work as needed. Shifts will be in 6‑week blocks following 3 weeks of training. Expect shifts between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. Work schedule will typically include two or three weekdays and every other weekend. Some major holidays may require working hours.
Education / Licenses NeededA full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in the appropriate state. Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems;
Epic experience preferred.
