• Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Providing patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and cultural diversity.
• Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Ensuring safe, quality care through documentation, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Engaging in professional development, mentoring, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Promoting evidence-based practices, participating in research, and adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.
• Supporting resource management and developing protocols to improve patient outcomes.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to utilize technology, adapt in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions.
