RN - Neuro ICU - Nights

Role:

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a Neuro Vasc ICU setting. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care based on evidence-based practices. The nurse partners with patients and families, ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity.

• Perform nursing processes to deliver safe, effective care.
• Coordinate and document care, promoting teamwork and inclusivity.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety goals.
• Proactively plan patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development.

• Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• 1-5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.
