Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver patient-centered care.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, respecting cultural diversity and individual goals.
- Coordinate safe, quality care by documenting accurately, participating in interdisciplinary rounds, and supporting a respectful environment.
- Engage in team collaboration, promote performance improvement, and support shared governance initiatives.
- Contribute to professional development by mentoring colleagues, completing ongoing education, and participating in research and evidence-based practice activities.
- Assist in developing protocols, ensuring compliance with policies, and optimizing resource use to improve patient outcomes.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
