• Provide direct patient care for adults in a progressive care unit, under the supervision of nursing leadership.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, perform standard nursing procedures, and respond to changes in patient status with appropriate escalation.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning; participate in care coordination and post-discharge planning as needed.

• Ability to perform duties for a 12-hour night shift in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and accurate documentation
• Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting on 10/05/2026
