RN Nurse, ICU Nurse
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Neuro, PRN Night Shift.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, incorporating evidence-based standards and cultural sensitivity. Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, ensure timely documentation, and support performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled workforce and promote professional development. Engage in research, uphold organizational policies, and contribute to protocols that enhance patient outcomes. Maintain a respectful, inclusive environment and support resource-efficient practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
- Active RN license (single or multi-state compact).
- Required certifications: BLS/ARC-BLS, obtained upon hire.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in English, with basic computer skills and ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and emergency response capabilities.
Key Duties: Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, coordinate care delivery, foster communication with patients and families, support quality improvement, and adhere to safety and ethical standards.
